**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a full-time Academic Success Advisor to guide families through enrollment, monitor student progress, and support both academic and administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about **student success, education, and family engagement**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist families with enrollment, onboarding, and program selection
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized learning plans
- Track student academic progress and provide regular updates to parents
- Collaborate with tutors to ensure effective learning strategies are applied
- Maintain accurate student records, schedules, and reports
- Represent the Academy at events, meetings, or community programs as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in academic advising, student support, or educational services
- Familiarity with Ontario curriculum for Grades 3-8 preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LMS or CRM systems is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
