Client Relations Insurance Administrator

**Summary**:
Canadian Dealer Lease Services Incorporated (CDLSI) is a leading provider of leasing services to the automotive industry. CDLSI manages the Client Relations, Accounting, and End of Term operations for a wide range of internationally renowned car makers. The Client Relations Insurance Administrator will report directly to the Client Relations Manager.
**Responsibilities/ Duties**:
- Assists team members by providing insurance documents downloaded from Insurance tracker provider portal.
- Handles and investigates issues relating to insurance coverage
- Advises direct supervisor on trends and concerns.
- Answers internal queries from other departments and team members.
- Reviews the insurance inboxes throughout the day and ensures that insurance documents are uploaded in a timely fashion. Updates notes in the system of records and the Insurance Data Base.
- Assists with Insurance Tracking accounts by taking or making calls, as required by management.
- Assist with the Auto Dialers by preparing the Agentless Lists and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
- Manages both Insurance inboxes (French/English).
- Handles and investigate Action log Insurance Tracking Escalation as required
- Other duties, as assigned.
**Requirements/ Qualifications**:
- Post Secondary education required.
- Must be bilingual in French & English - Both verbally and written
- 2+ years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
- Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes.
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills.
- Ability to operate well in a call center team environment.
- Natural flair for coaching, motivating, and interacting with people.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Critical thinker, attention to details
