**About this opportunity**
Under the direction of the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, this position will be responsible for effectively working within the warehouse to maintain quality, accuracy and productivity throughout the production shift.

**When your actions lead to success**:

- Transport raw materials and finished products to maintain production flow.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts, load/unload skids, and store materials appropriately.
- Fulfill shipping orders by packaging, building protective crates, and scanning/loading onto trucks.
- Provide and manage packing materials for warehouse and packing teams, keeping areas clean and organized.
- Operate power tools (e.g., chop saw, nail gun, measuring tools).
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management. Other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace;

**When your expertise drives us**
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent;
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance, Reach, and Order Picker licenses operation certificate in good standing, where equipment certification is required;
- Ability to lift heavy objects (max. 50 lbs), walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labour;
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work independently and harmoniously within in a team environment;
- Available to work overtime as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
