**Job Description**:
**The Role**:
- Conduct business requirement gathering and elicitation for: ecommerce business operations, digital channel enhancements, new market entry, custom projects as required
- Create user stories, diagrams, screen/interface designs annotations, functional specs and maintain product backlogs. Create UAT plans, UAT cases, training material to facilitate UAT
- Manage product lifecycles from discovery to delivery, from understanding a concept or the current state, assessing gaps, defining key capabilities, working cross functionally with IT and business teams to develop requirements.
- Maintain existing documentation and knowledge base
- Work with designers and digital agencies alike to develop, annotating and test UX/ UI
- Be the bridge between design and development
- Conduct user acceptance testing for digital channels and necessary training
- Track and prioritize defects and releases to production
- Provide timely support to business regarding system configurations, settings and workflow management, provide training to business team for Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms
- Collaborate within the organization and continuously shares user insights to relevant lines of business
- Special projects as required
**About You**:
- A post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities
- 2+ years’ experience in a Product Owner, Business Analysis or E-commerce Operations role
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CSM, CSPO as assets
- Proficient technical knowledge of ecommerce technologies and web development
