Technosub is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team in British Columbia. The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for the overall growth and profitability for his or her territory and works under the supervision of the National Sales Manager. He or she represents Technosub and its product lines, helps to solve dewatering issues and develops new business opportunities.

**DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Represents Technosub and its product lines in British Columbia;
- Maintains existing customer base, provides aftermarket sales and service;
- Develops new sales opportunities in the mining industry and others;
- Identifies, assesses customer pumping needs and recommends the appropriate pumping system(s);
- Must develop a strong understanding of the market condition and work in collaboration with the Engineering Department in order to propose the best solution(s);
- Could be called onto supervise employees.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Three year’s experience in a related field of pumps or pumping systems;
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record;
- General knowledge of mechanical and pumping design, hydraulics and water flow;
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with strong interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers;
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods to time;
- Participate in tradeshows and/or delivery of pumps with occasional lifting of equipment.
- Traveling to job sites with exposure to mines, mills and other industry.
