Nelson Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. is a professional roofing contractor operating on Vancouver Island and Sunshine Coast for over 40 years. We have an immediate opening at our Campbell River Branch for a STIFF BOOM CRANE OPERATOR

Level A Stiff Boom Truck Crane Operator 40 ton and under, and minimum of 3 years experience required.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Work closely with roofing crew and other trades
- Operate and maintain crane truck in accordance with safety standards
- Perform pre-operational inspection, and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
- Assist roofing crew when crane is not in use and other task as assigned by site supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
