**Responsibilities**:

- Creation of weekly production schedule considering all restrictions to equipment, manning, product mix and customer demand - modify when necessary
- Work closely with all departments, specifically, operations, FSQA, inventory control to stay on top of inventory condition, volume and timing issues
- Work closely with Specialist, Bakery-Procurement to ensure material availability and customer demand
- Support customer international production planning
- Coordinate with customer development team
- Create and revise process orders
- Maintain and publish various inventory and planning reports
- Manage LTO/promo material activity
- React promptly to unplanned downtime and adjust schedules and process orders accordingly
- Other duties as reasonably assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High level of interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a productive, organized work environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized in work methods
- Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner and accurately
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, adapt and troubleshoot
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong systems abilities in SAP
- Relevant experience in a similar planning position
