**Position Summary**

The primary responsibilities include:

- Supervising Child/Youth, Volunteer, Senior Services staff, as well as student placements.
- Managing client intake for their team and assist in client support and system navigation.
- Liaising with other agencies to meet community needs, including attending various interagency and regional meetings.
- Collaborating as a member of the FCSS Management Team to establish operational goals for the organization based on the Strategic Plan.

**Education and Qualifications**
- Minimum: Completion of Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
- Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
- A solid understanding of desired outcomes for prevention.
- A strong understanding of the diverse needs of rural communities, including agriculture.
- Project and event management skills.

**Indicators of Performance**
- Maintains regular communication with the Executive Director, and with all department Supervisors.
- Stays current with the day-to-day activities of staff under their supervision.
- Supports staff through the Dare to Lead (Brené Brown) leadership approach (adopted by the organization).
- Demonstrates an ability to seek out new opportunities and initiatives to support community and organizational needs.
- Compiles statistics for reporting and analysis, and ensure outcome measures are collected.
- Establishes guidelines and processes to develop and evaluate services.

Pay: $34.52-$41.16 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
