**We are currently seeking an experienced Credit and Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide support to our credit team.**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Manage the collections outstanding debts by contacting customers to negotiate payment of outstanding accounts.
- Review daily orders, approve and release on hold shipments using sound business judgements.
- Resolve collection issues by reviewing customer terms, payment history and credit limits.
- Work along with Customer Service, Sales and Credit Manager to reach a resolution on problem accounts.
- Maintain and update customer files and regular review of credit limits.
- Respond to Industry Group credit information requests.
- Perform administrative tasks and additional duties as required.
- Track customer payment activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Account Receivable/Collections experience required.
- Ability to problem-solve, analyze and prioritize in a multi-task environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, must have the ability to be courteous and persuasive.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to process high volume of work with accuracy, attention to detail, meet expectations in a timely manner.
- ERP computer, Sales Force, Microsoft Office experience
- Able to make focused decisions and performance driven
- Must flexible, adaptable, effective and efficient in promoting a healthy work environment.
- Able to work in and team environment and independently when required.

Pay: $26.00-$26.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
