**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Tea Shop Assistant, you’ll be involved in the heart of our day-to-day operations, helping us serve our customers and fulfill our mission of making quality tea more accessible and enjoyable.

**Duties include**:

- **Packaging Online Orders** - With care and attention to detail, ensuring every order feels like a gift.
- **Helping In-Store Customers** - Offering friendly service, guiding guests through our wide selection of teas, and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- **Posting on Social Media** - You'll learn about making content and marketing, as well as making social media posts.
- **Admin & Back-End Tasks** - Helping with inventory updates, organizing supplies, labeling products, and other general support.

**Training & Development**

Don’t worry if you’re not a tea expert (yet). We’ll train you on everything you need to know, including:

- **In-Depth Product Training** - Learn about over 100 unique teas in our inventory, including ingredients, health benefits, and brewing methods.
- **Ongoing Coaching** - As you grow into the role, you’ll also learn about inventory systems, customer engagement, and content creation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Shift:

- Day shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-05
