Professional Butcher

Please see general duties below:
Your duties include cutting and trimming various types of meat according to customer specifications. You may be required to operate various meat processing machines and must be comfortable working from a standing position in a cold environment. This position requires the regular movement / maneuvering of meat weighing up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications:
Must be a team player,

Must have knowledge of different types of meat,

Able to handle knives with control

Able to trim and work with Beef, Poultry, Pork, Lamb etc.

Able to work from a standing position and must be comfortable working in a cool environment.

Restaurant experience an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.51-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Meat cutting: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
