Customer Service Representative

**Working Hours**:

- **Minimum 21 Hours**:

- **Tuesday to Thursday**:5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- **Saturday to Sunday**:11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Compensation**:

- Minimum wage ($16.55/hr) plus bonus commission

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in speaking and writing in English; proficiency in Filipino is a bonus or an asset
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus

**Role Overview**: The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in driving the marketing initiatives and ensuring exceptional customer service for Rainbow Cleaning Systems. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks, coordinate events, and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Review**:

- Assess weekly results against monthly goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Dealer Coordination**:

- Ensure all dealers have entered their wants for the upcoming weeks.
- Follow up with dealers who have not submitted their entries.

**Training and Development**:

- Create a battling order and identify dealers needing marketing pillars training.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions to enhance dealer performance.

**Communication**:

- Update the organization on current dealer standings and contest/promotion standings.
- Confirm welcome night attendees and host a welcome night phone party with a goal of 3 submissions per attendee.

**Event Management**:

- Coordinate marketing winners for welcome night and create testimonial videos of their acceptance.
- Communicate marketing program results and pending winners with unqualified demos.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assign, coordinate, and manage weekend pop-up marketing events.
- Conduct or coordinate online or in-office marketing training sessions.

**Data Entry and Appointment Management**:

- Enter 100% of the previous day’s results.
- Enter and assign today’s appointments, send reminders for next day appointments, and confirm/verify upcoming appointments.

**Referral Processing**:

- Process unprocessed referrals received in the last 24 hours and confirm appointments.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Review the 14-day board in RBO and create action plans for customers without a demo.
- Send videos of Aquamate (day 2), Rainjet (day 5), Rainbowmate (day 9), and Minijet (day 12).

**Meetings and Coordination**:

- Hold marketing meetings with the distributor.
- Review and adjust the spots calendar for the upcoming week.
- Review the rebook grid and coordinate with riding customers to reschedule.

**Customer Communication**:

- Send a welcome message to all customers who purchased in the last 3 days.
- Remind customers to complete their Facebook survey.
- Verify all customers have the RBO2GO app.
