**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the full accounting cycle, account reconciliation, journal entries posting and month-end closing process to support the Controller
- Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements at each reporting period
- Work in collaboration with the Controller on quarterly reviews, annual audit, tax declaration, tax provision and 52-109 internal control review
- Help in the management of the accountants team
- Improve continuously the efficiency of the accounting systems and internal controls in the context of a post-ERP implementation
- Help in the automatization and improve the efficiency of manual tasks and processes
- Support the Controller and FP&A Director for financial analysis, the annual strategic plan and the quarterly reviews
- Support all departments in their expenses review and expense approval process, review cash flow and payment proposal
- Assure we respect the IFRS norms and the internal governance established accordingly

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Finance or Accounting, **CPA is required**:

- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Bilingual - Advanced English and French spoken and written is a must
- Experience with the ERP SAGE X3 is an asset
- Experience in public company is an asset
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction and multi-currency environment is an asset

- Highly detailed oriented and organized
- Advanced Commercial Acumen and strategic mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to interact and adapt to various stakeholders and GURU teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Ops, Finance)
- Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to manage pressure well and meet schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
