- As Specialized Laborer working in the Civil and Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you will work in close collaboration with all workers. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion - you will ensure the coordination and execution of work in the civil engineering & infrastructure sector, commercial, institutional, industrial sector, heavy civil engineering & urban earthworks.

What you will do:

- Assist specialized crews and help with site work.
- Supply the worksite, assist with concrete pours, level and clear the site, load and unload materials of all kinds, lay and/or assist the sewer and water main installation team, etc.
- Master the tools at your disposal, including a hand truck, shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, screwdrivers, drills, jackhammers, compactor, etc.
- With appropriate training and a valid card, the laborer may be required to use handling and motorized equipment such as forklifts, aerial work platforms, etc.
- Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards.
- Work as part of a team, maintaining a pleasant and trusting work environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and other trades on the site.
- Care for and maintain small tools and site equipment.
- Carry out all other related operational tasks.

This role is made for you if you have:

- A valid CCQ occupancy card.
- A 2015 ASP Construction & WHMIS card.
- A valid driver's license - Class 5.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
