**Duties**:

- Perform Caulking and Masonry work on buildings and structures
- Read and interpret Blueprints and Schematics to execute projects accurately
- Operate Heavy equipment and Power tools for construction tasks
- Utilize a range of Hand tools for precise masonry work

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in masonry work, including restoration and new construction projects
- Familiarity with operating heavy equipment and power tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
