**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve overall performance.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments are aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial health.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the industry.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
