**OVERVIEW**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Operational Performance Monitor and mentor our Production Operators and contract labour team on production processes.
- Ensure production lines run efficiently and finished product is made with efficiency and following best practices.
- Oversee the documentation and Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) tracking of each room’s activities including downtime and other continuous improvement projects.
- Track and report Time & Attendance of the contract labour team under your supervision.
- Complete daily production reports following Production procedures and projects.
- Organize and lead the Production Operators and contract labour team and floor changeovers to achieve a satisfactory workflow.
- Create label templates for approvals to ensure the proper labelling of finished goods.
- Validate inventory counts in Production area and verify materials inbound to the packaging area, ensure accuracy in both floor and system.
- Ensure Line of Clearance has been conducted properly according to best practices.
- Verification and overview of production reports daily using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Ensure proper tracking of cannabis products through our ERP system to enhance inventory accuracy.

**QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE**
- Foster a culture of compliance by operating within guidelines and procedures.
- Train our Production Operators and contract labour team and ensure understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate on developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate and collaborate across operational departments to help discover, test, and implement new processes that will streamline production flows.
- Work cross-functionally with different stakeholders and communicate with Project team if production issues arise.
- Safety Ensure team members know, understand, and follow all safety protocols and Good Production Practices Lead by example and foster a safe working environment.
- Ensure timely escalation of all safety concerns on the production floor Perform regular inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality, communicating all maintenance issues.

**OTHER DUTIES**
- Other duties may arise since we work together to ensure we support all business activities - inception to sale.
- This role is on-site, which requires you to work in Leaf Infusions facility at all times in an operating role or directly supporting operations.
- The scheduled hours for this role may vary based on production schedules, however, it is mandatory Supervisor is onsite for production kick-off in the mornings.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, food processing or other fast-moving consumer goods industry required.
- Proven track record of coaching and training staff members to achieve optimal performance.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, demonstrated through previous experience.
Flexibility to work varied and flexible hours as required.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
