We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Cafe Supervisor to lead our front of house team with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and model excellent customer service by example; greet guest warmly, anticipate needs and resolved issues promptly.
- Train, onboard and mentor new team members; provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and service standards.
- Schedule, supervise and motivate the cafe team to ensure smooth daily operations during shifts.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and address interpersonal or performance concerns constructively.
- Manage inventory; track product usage, place orders and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Maintain proper stock rotation, handling of perishables and accurate par levels.
- Ensure cafe equipment is clean, properly maintained and reported for service when needed.
- Responsible for end-of-day cash management, including balancing tills, closing out POS and preparing daily cash and sales reports.
- Potential opportunity for managing and contributing to the cafe's social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and helping grow our on-line presence in alignment with brand standards.
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
