We are looking for a talented Full-Time **Associate Director
- Access & Strategic Partnerships**,**to join our team located in Etobicoke.

This role is hybrid, working 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Associate Director
- Access and Strategic Partnerships is responsible for all commercial**activities related to improved market access to the Fresenius Kabi Biopharma portfolio. The individual will be responsible for managing all relationships with public, private payers, specialty pharmacies and select specialty, institutional accounts. This position reports onto the Country Head of Fresenius Kabi Biopharma, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all Fresenius Kabi biopharma partnerships and stakeholder relations related to market access. This includes public payers (Govt), private payers, specialty pharmacies, GPOs and select institutional accounts.
- Support the development and implementation of business plans for all target accounts and stakeholders and conduct external quarterly or semi-annual business reviews with stakeholders as directed by the Country Head - Biopharma Canada.
- Lead negotiations with payers and stakeholders through strong negotiation skills and develop and communicate the value proposition of FK Biopharma products. With ability to effectively manage the pCPA and manage complex Product Listing Agreements with public and private payers.
- Actively manages the PLAs - existing and new of all payers for Biopharma Canada. Expert in PLA language interpretation and relaying the PLA terms to finance and operations team to ensure right operations, rebates and processes are set up as per the PLA terms.
- Identify health policy barriers and ensure optimal policy conditions and reimbursement for current and future Fresenius Kabi biopharma products.
- Assess ongoing health policy challenges and opportunities as environmental dynamics change, and ensure any potential impacts are communicated to the Biopharma team.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives with health insurers, payers, and corporate clients to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the B2B healthcare insurance landscape, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with key decision-makers at health insurance providers, specialty pharmacy accounts and other industry stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging payer models to inform strategy and strengthen the company’s market positioning.
- Play an active role with trade association committees when relevant (e.g. Biosimilars Canada etc.).
- Identify and shape regional multi-stakeholder projects that are of interest to policy makers / public payers and that position Fresenius Kabi as a trusted and expert stakeholder in Immunology.
