**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Delivery Driver** to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of The Laundry Brothers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while providing outstanding service to our customers. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and interacting with people, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Pickup and Delivery Execution**:

- Follow a pre-determined route to pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning orders promptly.
- Handle all items with care to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transport.
- Accurately scan and track all items at pickup and delivery locations using provided tools or mobile apps.

2. **Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service during all customer interactions.
- Communicate estimated arrival times or delays to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Address customer questions or concerns during pickups and deliveries and escalate unresolved issues to the operations team.

3. **Route Optimization**:

- Use GPS or routing software to optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness.
- Adjust routes as needed due to traffic, weather, or other unexpected factors, ensuring timely service.

4. **Vehicle Maintenance and Safety**:

- Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled before each shift.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical or safety issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe transport of goods.

5. **Order Verification and Accuracy**:

- Verify pickup and delivery details against customer orders or invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Double-check that the correct items are delivered to the correct customers.
- Report any discrepancies, missing items, or delivery challenges to the operations team immediately.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document pickups, deliveries, and any customer feedback in the system or delivery log.
- Report route completion, delays, or incidents to the operations team at the end of each shift.

7. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations team to address route changes, last-minute pickups, or special requests.
- Support teammates as needed, including assisting with loading/unloading items from the vehicle.

8. **Brand Representation**:

- Represent The Laundry Brothers positively by wearing the company uniform (if provided) and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s commitment to quality and convenience.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive safely and navigate efficiently within the [City/Area] region.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying bags of laundry (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 lbs]).
- Familiarity with using mobile apps or GPS systems.
- Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- delivery driving: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
