**Commercial Lines Account Manager**

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Maintain retention of existing book by providing exceptional client service
- Organize and attend internal renewal strategy meetings
- Attend external client meetings as required
- Respond promptly to client correspondence
- Work with our insurer partners to broker SME accounts
- Follow up on accounts receivable
- Develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships and grow the book
- Review clients’ insurance coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain good relationships with insurer partners and vendors
- This position is a hybrid work-environment. Time in the office and at client’s premises is required, in balance with remote work
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required

**Who You Are**
- You have a minimum of 5 years Commercial Lines experience
- You have your Level 2 insurance License
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP or CRM designation would be considered an asset
- A self-starter, highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Applied Epic
- You have a friendly professional demeanor with a good sense of business acumen
- You thrive in a team environment and work well with others

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
