Job Title: Security Guard - High Risk Environment

Location: Brantford, Ontario

**Job Type**: Part-Time with potential for Full-Time Hours

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Operate and monitor advanced security systems, including CCTV and access control units.
- Implement strict access controls and security protocols to maintain safety standards.
- Employ nonviolent communication and de-escalation techniques to handle potentially volatile situations.
- Assist individuals on-site by providing guidance and support in a respectful and professional manner.
- Document security incidents comprehensively, ensuring all details are accurately captured for further review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven background in security work within high-risk or sensitive environments.
- Certified in security operations and emergency response, including use of force training courses covering handcuffing, baton use, and arresting/detaining individuals.
- Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, nonviolent communication, and crisis de-escalation.
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents effectively.
- Dependable, with the ability to operate independently and within a team under stressful conditions.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
