Waterproofing Foreman

Coordinating between office staff and field workers
- Reviewing project details with Estimators and Project Managers
- Management of waterproofing crews on multiple sites
- Quality control of work
- Reviewing drawings, specification, contracts and direction related to our scope
- Site take-offs, ordering and organizing material
- Reviewing and reporting time sheets
- Delivering small amounts of materials as needed
- Maintaining site by ensuring areas are kept tidy and organized

**Skills and Experience**
- Application of various waterproofing systems including blindside, traffic toppings, hot rubber, peel & stick, caulking and others
- Experience and willigness to train others
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Connections to experienced labour forces in the industry to call upon on as needed

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)
- Waterproofing Foreman: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
