Client Success Manager

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success with our products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze market trends will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Manage account activities, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize client engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.
- Negotiate contract renewals and upsell additional services as appropriate.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding product updates, best practices, and new features.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience and driving retention.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in account management or client success roles is preferred.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on negotiation and relationship building.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for motivating teams towards common goals.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong customer-centric mindset.

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
Additional pay:
