**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans to enhance patient understanding of treatments.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting patient information and communicating with medical staff.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing patient concerns professionally.
- Assist with patient intake, treatment planning, and follow-up care to optimize results.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the spa environment, adhering to health regulations.
- Support the team with additional duties related to med spa operations as needed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in med spa settings or related healthcare environments is highly preferred.
- Strong background in patient service, assessment
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic treatments.
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and maintaining hygiene standards in clinical settings.
- Prior experience with customer service roles that involve direct patient interaction is advantageous.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin is required; additional language skills are a plus. Pay: $30.00-$46.67 per hour
