Strive Health and Performance is an established, very busy, multidisciplinary and collaborative health team that is looking for our next full-time superstar to add to our front desk team We are looking for one full time (30+ hours) rockstar or our Coquitlam Location and one part time (20-30hours) rockstar for our Brentwood Location. Both positions have the future opportunity for additional hours and long term growth within the company.

Preferred but NOT required:

- Previous experience with Janeapp software
- Prior work in customer service
- Inbound and outbound phone experience
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
- Medical Office Assistant Diploma
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, kin
- Familiarity with direct billing service providers
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Knowledge of general office procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
