We’re BioPed Footcare and we know that to truly improve life for our clients, we need to do more than offer the same treatment for everyone. With over 65 clinics in Canada, we offer effective custom treatment plans for clients and even manufacture custom orthotics on-site.

Our mission is to enable people to live their lives to the fullest by helping the alleviate their foot pain. To continue to help our clients do more in life, work, and play, we’re looking for a Regional Operation Manager to support our operations team.

**About the Regional Operation Manager Role**:
As Regional Manager your goal is to be involved in the further development of structured systems to improve our operational platform to ensure continued success and growth across Canada. You will do this by:

- Support an engaging, trusting and mutually beneficial relationship between the franchisee and the franchisor.
- Participate and support new clinic openings as directed and work closely with other departments in supporting franchisees.
- Assist assigned franchisees with financial analysis, planning, and business development
- Assuring that franchisees and clinics meet the BioPed Operational Excellence standards, best practices and abide by all regulations by college association, and the health care insurance companies.
- Initiate action plans and follow up visits to remedy issues pertaining to Operational Excellence.
- Coordinate, attend, and support regional marketing events to support brand awareness and execute national marketing programs and support local store marketing initiatives as well
- Propose and support the implementation of approved system wide operational initiatives.
- Support franchisees recruit and retain care coordinators, clinicians, and other team members as well as provide training and development.
- Develop an understanding of the lower Limb care profession and other services offered including but not limited to, all regulations, by college, various provincial associations, and the Insurance companies
- Attend and participate the BioPed annual conference as required.
- Establish weekly communication between home office and franchisees. Ensure that franchisee feedback and other relevant information is communicated to the appropriate party.

**About this opportunity with BioPed footcare**:
This is a full-time permanent position working daily Monday -Friday. This role requires travel between 8 & 12 business days per month to complete clinic visits and to support openings. The balance of the Regional Manager’s time will be split between the BFI Office and working out of their home office.

**Qualifications**

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- A post-secondary degree in a related field or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership skills to develop and maintain high levels of enthusiasm, teamwork, motivation and commitment leading to the achievement of business goals and superior performance.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
