**EPro Energy Advisors Ltd.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Perform energy advising and airtightness testing for primarily residential buildings.
- Provide enhanced design and field review as well as technical report writing.
- Perform RSI Calculation.
- Communicate ongoing design and construction correspondence with related parties including Developers, Designers, Contractors, and Architects.
- Perform energy assessments of buildings as per EnerGuide procedures.
- Perform energy advising and generate reports.
- Liaise with our assessment team to schedule assessments with clients.

Having designations such as BEMP or Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer is a bonus. Preference will be given to those with a diploma in technology or a degree in engineering.

**Required Qualifications**:

- An NRCan EA (Energy Advisor) designation.
- Experience with building envelope RSI calculations and thermal bridging calculation.
- Strong understanding of building envelope and mechanical systems.
- Familiar with local building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Skilled in technical writing and have excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Excellent team player as part of the energy efficiency team.
- EnerGuide Energy Advisor (EA) certification required.
- Experience with energy modelling software, design building or Portfolio Manager considered an asset.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to solve problems and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- Client-focused mentality with the ability to adapt to client needs.
- Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of diverse communities and organizations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Uncompromising attitude towards safety and quality.
- Professional demeanor and culture ambassador for the EPro Team.
- **Must have Valid Class 5 license and own vehicle.**:

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Extended Medical, Dental and Disability available.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
