B&R Electric has been providing exceptional electrical service/contracting to our clients for over 28 years, and we are currently seeking an administrative professional to join our dedicated office team as an Office Coordinator.

In this multifaceted full-time role your responsibilities and duties will consist of;
- service coordination and scheduling
- oversight and processing of invoices and receivables
- small service quotation support
- timely communication with clients
- maintenance of office records/files
- day to day administrative duties

To be successful in this role you will require intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Adobe.

Working knowledge of various social media platforms is a bonus
