Reporting to the Winery Manager/Winemaker, and under the daily supervision and general direction of the Bottling & Packaging Lead, the key responsibilities for the position will consist of:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Working with the Bottling & Packaging Team, perform daily tasks in the Operation, Cleaning & Maintenance of equipment and production areas related to: Bottling, Canning, Kegging, Labelling, Packaging, Cellar, and Juice production according to established protocols

From time to time, rotates between various functions /assists with tasks in other areas of the winery as assigned by the Winery Manager/Winemaker

Participate and acquire the necessary training related to Occupational Health & Safety requirements of the Employer, including but not limited to: WHMIS/GHS, First Aid in addition to participating as a Health & Safety Representative

**Required Skills**:

- Completion of High School/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
- Ability and willingness to learn how to operate, clean, and maintain the specialized equipment necessary for the bottling of beverages as developed by the company
- Ability to multitask on a regular basis and carry out required tasks with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in a production environment desirable, especially within the Food & Beverage sector considered an asset
- Mechanical aptitude considered an asset
- Previous experience in Quality Control considered an asset
- Forklift Certification or capacity to be trained is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in a team environment, customer focused from an operational perspective
- Must have a positive behavior and be able to lead by example

**Working Conditions**:

- Regular attendance Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM in order to work operation shifts as scheduled by Winery Manager/Winemaker
- The position requires some physical effort which entails lifting and moving materials up to 25Kg
- From time to time, must be able and willing to work flexible hours, overtime or staggered hours in order to meet production needs
