We are seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated, attentive Freight Operations Specialist to join our logistics team in Mississauga. This role is critical in ensuring efficient and smooth freight forwarding operations, particularly in international shipping via air and sea.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Preparing FCL/LCL, Ocean/Air Import/Export documentation;
- Prepare Ocean Bills of Lading, Prepare Arrival Notice, Manifests;
- Provide rates quotes to the sales department;
- Make Bookings with steamship lines and carriers;
- Send pre-alerts to customers;
- Coordinating/Communicating with overseas agents;
- Tracing and coordinating of container/air cargo/trucking receiving;
- Excellent Customer Service

**Knowledge& Skills**
- 1+ year's experience in Freight Forwarding/warehousing/logistics industry. Is a huge assistant
- A logistics degree/diploma is a assistant.
- Written,verbal and speaking skills in French preferred.
- Written,verbal and speaking skills in Mandarin preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF for document representation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent organization and time management skills

**Experience & Education**
- Freight forwarding/Logistics experience : 1 years+
- University degree / college diploma and/or relevant working experience required.
- danger goods handling or IATA or CIFFA certificate is assistant

Pay: $3,600.00-$4,200.00 per month
