Administrative Asst

**Job Description**:
Offer support to leadership members with day-to-day administrative support. In addition to performing traditional Administrative Assistant duties such as word processing, filing, copying, the Administrative Assistant functions as a primary communications link between the rest of the hospital, the public and department staff.
**Education**:
- Completion of a two-year college program with a focus in Secretarial or Administrative Assistant work
- Ontario Secondary School graduation diploma with commercial options or equivalent secretarial skills
- Completion of a medical terminology course or comprehension of medical terminology an asset
**Experience**:
- Progressive experience in administrative roles
- Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint required)
- Has worked for a Manager/Director

- Strong listening skills
