**Sales Representative**

Your Role:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with energy and professionalism.
- Use provided scripts and selling strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.
- Drive daily calls and follow-up routines with urgency and precision.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Crush your individual sales goals and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Stay sharp and proactive, refining your approach to maximize every opportunity.

Who You Are:

- 1+ years of inside sales or call center experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- A competitive, results-driven mindset with the hunger to succeed.
- High-energy and confident on the phones, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong grasp of sales psychology, urgency, and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Proactive, coachable, and always striving for personal and professional growth.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
