Customer Service
- Acknowledge customers when they enter the store
- Assist with all customers inquiries
- Inform customers about special event, promotions, new products
- Help customers locate products in the store
- Report any complaint or comment for improvement to store manager
- Be respectful and courteous to customers and co-workers

Retail Duties
- Processes register transactions, refunds and returns, activates gift cards
- Opens and closes registers at start and end of shift by following our procedures
- Ensure register drawers are balanced and accurate cash out at the end of the shift
- Stock, face, and rotate products on the shelves
- Receive, check and put away deliveries
- Keep track of the inventory
- Keep storage clean and organize
- Keep store organized, cleaned and welcoming

Managerial Duties
- Ensure opening and closing duties according to our procedures.
- Support staff with customer service, inquiries and complaints
- Sets a good example in all aspects of the business as a role model for all staff
- Ensures all staff finished all duties before being allowed to sign off
- Checks on quality of close before letting staff go
- Checks on cleanliness before the end of the shift
- Make sure the floor is cleaned right away when breakage happened to avoid incident

Requirement
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail industry
- Serving It Right Certificate
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Valid work permit

Wage $19 to start

**Salary**: $19.00-$19.50 per hour
