General Construction Labourer

**Responsibilities**:

- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards;
- Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks;
- Preparing landscaping sites by doing flowerbeds, planters, digging, moving dirt, or compacting space, grass cutting, trimming, weed maintenance;
- Moving material as directed in plans or by supervisor;
- Maintain good housekeeping environment in work area and perform other duties as assigned;
- Be able to move or lift heavy objects and materials;
- General Labour relating to general construction work (no roofing, no concrete lifting) such as drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, minor electrical/plumbing work;
- Light property maintenance as needed;
- Receiving loading and unloading of the trucks and physical counts of inventory;
- Have basic knowledge of tools and tool safety;
- Be able to work outside in adverse weather conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Perform necessary tasks in a safe manner;
- Must have reliable transportation to our job site (location will not change);
- Able to physically handle all tasks required;
- Reliable;
- Must be able to stand and walk entire shift for the general labor position;
- Drive to excel and grow within the company is a plus;
- 1-2+ years of experience in commercial/residential construction;
Other:

- Must be 18 Years or older;
- Must have steel toed boots;
- Must pass background check.
