At _The Fresh Approach Real Estate Team_, the role of Agent Services is an integral part of the operation. The intention is to completely leverage the Agents from the small tasks that hold them back from doing their agent activities. The role is ever changing, so it is important for our Agent Service Coordinator to be adaptable as the needs of the agents change with the industry.

The main goal of the Agent Services Coordinator is to ensure the agents are having a memorable experience by being a part of our team and therefore able to translate that experience into a positive one for the client. It is of high importance to give the agents a concierge type service that allows them to do their job to the best of their ability.

This role is a cultural influence on the team. When agents or clients come into the office they are expected to be greeted by the Agent Services Coordinator in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with team members through various channels
- Leverage agents administrative tasks
- Data entry
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Always be professional and attentive, with a people-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high pressure environment
- Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
- Be punctual, present and available
- Dress casual but professional and conservative
- Represent the brand at all times
- Answering to the Director of Operations
- Real Estate experience is an asset

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
