We are growing quickly, and are looking for a **Full-time Travel Consultant to join our Mississauga team **Founded in 1951, we are one of the oldest Travel Agencies in Canada, and have numerous offices in Ontario and British Columbia. **Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum of **2+ years of industry** experience
- GDS system experience-**Amadeus preferred**:

- **Fluent in English **and have excellent written and oral communication skills (Hindi or Punjabi is an asset, but not required)
- Strong sales skills, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service
- **Possess** **basic product & supplier knowledge of** packages, cruises, tours, flights & hotels
- Must be open to feedback and work well in a new learning environment
- Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic
- Working well under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients is essential

**General job description**:

- Build rapport with clients, and determine the best option for their ideal vacation
- Research client requests, and provide a quote in a timely and clear manner
- Arrange tours, packages, flights, hotels, cruises and/or car reservations with our suppliers
- Issue electronic tickets, invoices & itineraries
- Process ticket exchanges, service fees, and refunds as necessary
- Answer phone calls, and assist coworkers as required
- Open and close the office periodically

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.50 per hour
