**Responsibilities**:

- Show properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Develop a network of contacts to find properties for clients.
- Maintain records of sales and listings.
- Market properties to potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
