**What does a typical day look like for **_**an HR Administrator**_**?**
Additional duties would include:
- Assistance in filing, tracking and maintenance of corporate health and safety records
- Insurance documentation
- Professional association requirements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and professional requirements.
- Assistance in client invoicing
- Administrative tasks including preparation of letters, proposals, reports, spreadsheets, etc.
**What do we need from you?**
Our best fit for this role would be an individual who has excellent communication skills and is able to take initiative independently. Success in this position requires an individual with a high degree of integrity and takes satisfaction in finding new opportunities for improvement.
**Additional skills and experience we are seeking**:
College diploma in Human Resources (based on the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework)
Two to three years’ work experience in a similar position
Excellent experience, knowledge and use of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and usage of Teams
Valid driver's license
