**In this**role, you**will**:

- Oversee fix and problem resolution for Filenet issues.
- Monitor system performance and provide timely resolutions to issues that arise.

**What** **you’ll** **need to succeed (required** **skills)**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Thorough understanding of Filenet architecture and components.
- Experience with scripting and automation for operational tasks.
- Strong programming experience using Core Java, Spring, Spring boot

**What** **will help you stand out (preferred** **skills)**
- Knowledge in Splunk, Jira/ServiceNow, AWS, Kubernetes
