**Position**: Holiday Lights Installer (Helpers & Star Installers)
**Season**: September-December (with potential late winter and spring work)

**About Us**

At Stella, we do Christmas properly. We’re Calgary’s bespoke holiday light installers — no tangled box-store strands here. Our crews create elegant, professional displays for some of the city’s most beautiful homes and businesses.

We’re looking for sharp, reliable people to join us this season. Whether you want to lend a hand on the ground as a **Helper** or prove yourself and grow into a **Crew Leader/Star Installer**, there’s a spot for you.

**Who This is For**
- People who aren’t afraid of heights (if climbing a rock wall or ladder feels normal, you’re in the right place).
- Hard workers who like seeing instant results.
- Folks who can show up on time, follow directions, and keep safety first.
- Having your own truck is a huge bonus.

**Roles Available**
- **Helpers** - The entry point. You’ll learn the ropes, carry gear, clip lights, and support your crew.
- **Star Installers (Crew Leaders)** - Experienced climbers and fast learners may advance to lead crews, drive efficiency, and set the pace. We promote from within — your performance is your ticket up.
