The manager will lead the team and restaurant to success. This will encompass the daily operations of the restaurant up to and including, staff management, team member hiring and training, FOH operations, BOH operations and daily financials, inventory management and product ordering. Accountabilities:

- Ensure the proper and safe operation of the restaurant
- Ensure guests receive 100% satisfaction of experience and food quality
- Ensure all team members are following all company rules, regulations and protocols
- Manage scheduling, daily labor and food cost
- Report to the General Manager and/or area Operations Manager

Daily Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper opening and closing of restaurant
- Inspect product quality with daily line checks
- Ensure 100% guest engagement from team members and yourself
- Complete multiple team member Check-ins throughout shift
- Complete daily financials including balancing of tills and bank deposits
- Complete food, alcohol and other product orders
- Proactive hiring and training of all team members
- engage with your community

**Requirements**:

- At least a year of management experience
- Valid First Aid certification
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- A leader and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
