On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

**Summary**:
The Bell Business Market (Quebec Public Sector) sales team manages customer relations and business development in a supervised context governing the procurement process of goods and services in Quebec.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management and Business Development**:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, identify growth opportunities, and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- ** Sales Strategy Development**: Design and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's strategy, revenue targets, and specific customer needs. Leverage competitive advantages to maximize profitability.
- ** Full Sales Cycle**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships.
- ** Customer Relations**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts (Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), IT directors, etc.)
- ** Offer and Tender Management**: Lead the preparation and submission of offers, proposals, and responses to tenders, coordinating the necessary internal resources.
- ** Competitive Intelligence and Innovation**: Stay informed of market trends, competitive threats, and new technologies to advise management and customers, and identify new opportunities.
- ** Leadership and Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure project delivery and achieve common goals.
**Critical Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years' experience in business development in the ICT sector (cloud computing, telecommunications, etc.);
- At least 5 years' experience in managing complex accounts with long sales cycles;
- In-depth expertise in IT services and solutions:
- Wired connectivity and mobility;
- Networking and data center;
- Contact center;
- Security;
- Cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce;
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of the Quebec public sector, including the public procurement process;
- Experience in managing the process of analyzing and responding to calls for tender.
