**This position will be based out of our LASIK MD - Oakville clinic.**

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You answer and greet patients with professionalism, in person and over the phone.
- You confirm post-operative appointments with patients.
- You manage all patient files and charts from A to Z.
- You supervise and collaborate with clinic employees to ensure smooth operations of the clinic, patient satisfaction and productivity.
**A clear view of your assets**
- You have experience in supervising and leading a team of employees.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have previous experience in a medical clinic environment and/or a strong Interest in health services field.
- You have the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and a keen ability to adapt to change
- You are customer service driven.
- You demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision, autonomous.
- You are capable of multi-tasking and excellent sense of organization.
- You have a proven ability to work with numbers.
- You have the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- You are available evenings and weekends.
- You must be able to travel to our other locations in the GTA for training for a duration of 2-3 weeks.
