Job Posting:
**Position**: General Labour - Relief**

**Shift Schedule**: flexibility required to work various shifts - morning, afternoon and nights

**Location**: 122 Carrier Drive. Etobicoke, ON. M9W 5R1

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide relief to all positions on the line including Mixer Operator, Bagger Operator and Packers
- Perform all duties associated with positions being relieved
- Ensure employees are relieved for breaks and meal periods at appropriate times
- Assist in product handling during line issues (overflow due to baggers being down) and repacking product as required
- Maintain clean work area
- Perform additional tasks as directed

**Requirements**:

- Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing)
- Possess some degree of mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to think, troubleshoot and react to situations
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction
- Ability to work in an efficient but safe manner
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to efficiently communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Be a lover of bread and baked goods
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are self-reliant, and be energized by opportunities to learn and grow, and be a steward of your own career
- Have solid mathematical and computer skills
