We are looking for experienced
**Order Picker Operators** to join our
**afternoon shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm)** at our facility in Mississauga. If you are interested in joining a fast-paced e-commerce business that has experienced tremendous year-over-year growth, then this may be the job for you

**Full-time applicants only, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Safely and effectively operate an Order Picker
- Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse
- Practice proper loading and unloading techniques
- Comply with safe operating procedures
- Track & manage product inventory working within WMS Shiphero
- Pro-actively replenish product inventory as needed
- Put-away of product into a VNA rack
- Reach truck operation is limited
- Consistently meet established productivity and accuracy targets
- Replenishment of picking locations from storage locations
- Use an iPad and Bluetooth enabled scanner to accurately transact all inventory movements (Put away, consolidation, product slotting, replenishment)
- Perform warehouse duties, including lifting light and heavy boxes (15- 45 lbs.) with ease
- Perform cycle counts with a very high degree of accuracy
- Assist with the unloading of containers, breakdown of shipments, and palletization of product
- Other responsibilities as needed

**Experience, Education and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre with clothing experience preferred
- Certification operating (MHE) material handling equipment required (i.e. order picker, cherry picker, forward reach)
- Valid and up to date MHE license required
- Previous experience picking using an RF scanner highly preferred
- Ability to liftup to 50lbs (repetitive) with ease
- Clear background check

- Must have a positive attitude
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to safety regulations
- Ability to work evenings
- Must have CSA approved steel toe shoes
