**Job Summary**

The Client Engagement Leader is responsible for the delivery of Social Work Services (MSW) to residents and families using problem-solving skills and social work competencies in accordance with the standards, guidelines, and scope of social work to ensure quality care for residents and families. The Client Engagement Leader works collaboratively with other facility disciplines in the pursuit of our vision. Ocean View works collaboratively in a shared services model and therefore the Client Engagement Leader may be required to work at multiple sites and service areas in the scope of the role.

**We are seeking to fill one (1) full time position, we require**:

- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required
- Registered Social worker In Nova Scotia
- Clear Criminal record check and vulnerable Sector Check
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Social Worker in a long-term care setting. Knowledge of the issues of aging, experience with seniors, and palliative care.
- Demonstrated administrative experience and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively as a contributing team member
