**JOB SUMMARY**
The Clinic Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all services for The Newly Edmonton Clinic. This position provides leadership and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care through planning, organizing, and coordinating human and financial resources..
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Service Coordination**:
- Coordinating staff work schedules and assignments
- Monitoring productivity of the Newly programs while providing day-to-day oversight and support
- Identifying day-to-day concerns with quick resolution
- Coordinating and evaluating workload and service delivery
- Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
**Leadership**:
- Participating in all hiring, orientating, and training of all new staff
- Participate in performance management discussions and reviews
- Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring staff
- Mediation of conflict when required
**Administration**:
- Develop, implement, and train policies and procedures
- Gathering and analyzing data and preparing reports
- Assisting with budget planning and delivery
- Maintaining financial budget throughout the fiscal year
**Other**:
- Coordinate and attend all staff meetings
- Oversight to ensure compliance and target metrics achieved for all contractual agreements pertaining to the Newly (i.e, RTW, VAC, RCMP and LTD carriers).
- Analyze data related to marketplace trends, throughput, clinician utilization, business performance and works with leadership to identify opportunities, create and execute action plans as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related healthcare field
- 5+ years of administration experience in a fast-paced office or clinical setting
- Proven leadership experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize well
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and online scheduling, Med Access experience considered an asset
