**About Charcoal Steak House**

Del's Italian Kitchen is a long established and well loved restaurant and central part of Charcoal Group's many successful restaurants located across Southern Ontario. We are seeking culinary professionals for our busy Italian Restaurant. We have a long history of exceeding guest expectations and seeking to provide a positive work environment for our team members. **Responsibilities**:
We are hiring for multiple stations, both full time and part time, including prep, pizza, garde manger and line cooks. The individuals to fill those roles work within our fine dining culinary team to produce and deliver the highest quality meals for guests of Del's Italian Kitchen. Duties include prep, cooking and presentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. 2 yr. culinary experience,
- Food Safe certificate, with basic food handling and preparation knowledge,
- Highly collaborative; ability to work in a team-oriented environment,
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and safely operate kitchen equipment.

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
