- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using power tools and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
